Better wellbeing is often found in the small moments that we create for ourselves every day.

If you struggle to switch off from work, try adopting one small activity and do it at the same time each day to officially mark the end of work time and the beginning of downtime.

Take 10 minutes for your chosen ritual.

This could be watering plants, sitting on a favourite bench or listening to a certain playlist. Repeating the same action each evening can become a powerful mental cue that the working day is over and it’s time to switch to evening mode.
