AquaSource Electrolyte & Hydration
- Take 1 to 2 servings per day (approximately one heaped scoop/one heaped teaspoon).
- Mix powder in a shaker – add 500 to 1,000ml of water to suit taste and drink during the day or after exercise to stay hydrated and to replace vital minerals.
- Mix or shake before drinking.
- Do not take more than 2 servings daily unless recommended by a Healthcare Professional.
